Faye's Mission Statement
I believe firmly that massage and acupressure are catalysts to helping our equine companions maintain physical fitness. Massage can increase the tone and range of motion of muscles which will assist with balance and posture. This can result in better over-all performance. Most importantly, massage can release muscle spasms which will prevent injuries from occurring. It also contributes to lymphatic drainage (issues like stocking up), peristalsis (horses who live in stalls and get colicy) and the release of endorphins. Complimentary therapies help to establish trust and improve the general disposition of the animal. Whether you own a roping horse, jumper, dressage or just a pasture pal, our horses need a way to cope with the demands of domesticated life and non-invasive complimentary therapies are a wonderful method of helping our equine companions. If you have questions please feel free to contact me, I look forward to hearing from you.

While compressing the rectus captitus lateralis, this mare has a soft eye, relaxed face and ears turned gently toward me, all signs of ‘releases’.
